Lohith's story is one of resilience, ambition, and relentless pursuit of dreams. Growing up as a defence kid, Lohith's early years were marked by frequent relocations due to his father's service in the Indian Navy. This unique upbringing took him to various coastal cities, starting from Visakhapatnam to Mumbai and Kochi, where he attended school. He completed his 9th grade in Mumbai, and during the initial stages of 10th grade, he moved back to Visakhapatnam to finish his higher education.

Being from a middle-class family, Lohith experienced financial constraints firsthand. He often recalls his childhood shopping trips where every purchase had to be carefully considered due to budget limitations. This instilled in him a deep-seated desire to achieve financial independence and success. Witnessing the stark contrasts between the wealthy and the less fortunate in Mumbai only fuelled his determination to rise above his circumstances.

After completing his 10th grade in Visakhapatnam, Lohith pursued his intermediate and graduated with a B.Tech degree. At the young age of 18-19, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, launching multiple startups. His first ventures included an event organizing startup and an e-commerce website dealdestiny both of which showed initial promise but eventually faced challenges such as insufficient guidance, mentorship, and team support. He has also been involved in various other startups.

Despite these early setbacks, Lohith gained invaluable experience and insight into the entrepreneurial world.  He realized that true fulfillment would not come from the monotonous routine of a 9-to-5 job but from creating something meaningful and impactful on his own.

Following the trajectory of many of his peers, Lohith entered the IT industry, securing a job as a software engineer. The initial months were what he fondly refers to as the "honeymoon period," with the excitement of a stable job and weekends off. However, Lohith quickly grew disillusioned with the predictable and stagnant career path that lay ahead. The thought of a life bound by loans, routine, and limited growth did not align with his ambitions.

It was during this period of introspection and search for a better path that Lohith discovered the direct selling industry. Despite facing skepticism and negativity from family, friends, and society, he was undeterred. Lohith immersed himself in this new venture, seeking guidance from mentors who played a pivotal role in shaping his approach and mindset.

Within a year and a half of starting his direct selling business, Lohith was able to quit his IT job. This marked the beginning of a transformative journey that saw him achieving remarkable success. Over seven years, Lohith scaled up his business massively across India, establishing a strong presence in major cities like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Vishakapatnam. His markets span multiple cities across India.

He has a team of young IIT graduates, doctors, MBA grads, and highly qualified individuals from diverse backgrounds who are ambitious enough to upgrade their lifestyles and pursue their dreams. Lohith's success enabled him to fulfill his dreams and those of his parents. He took his mother to Dubai within the first few months of his business, creating cherished memories as they marvelled at the city's grandeur. This emotional milestone motivated him to aim higher. He soon bought his first car, a Hyundai Verna, at 22, followed by a Mercedes for his father at 26. His parents accompanied him on trips to multiple countries, flying business class and experiencing a life of luxury they had never imagined.

Recently, at an Entrepreneur Conclave in Bangkok where he was a speaker, he invited his parents onto the stage in front of almost 10,000 people. During his speech, he shared the reason behind his business: to provide his parents with the best life and inspire others to believe in its potential. He always wanted to achieve something significant for himself and his parents, who had sacrificed their dreams to give him the best they could afford. His ambition was to accomplish something that would show his parents the world, just as they had shown it to him.

Lohith's journey from a defence kid to a successful entrepreneur is a testament to the power of determination, vision, and the right guidance.
