Businesswoman Jayshree V. Ullal, 63, of London is one of the many women who are paving the way for successful global company leadership in the modern era. She is currently the chair and CEO of Arista Networks. According to Forbes, she was one of the wealthiest self-made women in America in 2023. Ullal owns about 2.4% of Arista's stock, with a portion set aside for her two children, a nephew and a niece. As per the latest estimates of Forbes' net worth, her worth stands at over Rs 2,80,00 crore, or $3.4 billion. This is more than the combined net worth of Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella and Google CEO Sundar Pichai, who are respectively valued at Rs 7,500 crore and Rs 5,400 crore.
 
Jayshree V. Ullal was born on March 27, 1961, in London. She was raised in New Delhi, India, and went to Convent of Jesus and Mary, Delhi, when she was younger. Her parents are Indian-born Hindus. Ullal received his engineering management degree from Santa Clara University and his engineering degree from San Francisco State University. She began her career at Arista Networks in its early days and managed its initial public offering (IPO) in 2014. Approximately 2.4% of the business is owned by her.
