Headlined by Prabhas, Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, and Kamal Haasan, Kalki 2898 AD is seeing a huge buzz ahead of its release on Thursday, June 27. The advance booking for the epic dystopian sci-fi action drama is already breaking records with tickets being sold at huge prices in multiplexes and single screen theatres across India.

The costliest ticket of Kalki 2898 AD is selling for a whopping sum of Rs 2300 in Mumbai. The Luxe Superior tickets at Maison INOX: Jio World Plaza in BKC are priced at the sum of Rs 2300 for the 9:15 pm show of the Hindi 3D version of Kalki 2898 AD. The Nag Ashwin film is being released in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.

Apart from Prabhas, Amitabh, Deepika and Kamal Haasan, the film also stars Brahmanandam, Shobana, Anna Ben, and Saswata Chatterjee in pivotal roles. It is also rumoured that Vijay Deverakonda, Dulquer Salmaan, Mrunal Thakur, and SS Rajamouli will be seen making cameos in the much-awaited movie.

Kalki 2898 AD is touted to be the most expensive film in Indian cinema with a whopping budget of Rs 600 crore. The Nag Ashwin directorial is produced by C. Aswini Dutt, Swapna Dutt, and Priyanka Dutt under their banner Vyjayanthi Movies. The film is expected to take an opening of more than Rs 150 crore at the global box office.
