The National Testing Agency (NTA) is set to announce the results of the NEET UG 2024 re-exam on June 30. The re-exam, conducted on June 23, involved 1,563 candidates who had previously received grace marks due to a 'loss of time' during the original exam. Following a Supreme Court ruling, these candidates were given the option to either retake the exam or retain their original scores without the grace marks.

Out of the 1,563 eligible candidates, 813 chose to participate in the re-exam held last Sunday, while the remaining 48% opted to keep their original scores, minus the grace marks.

The re-exam saw significant participation from Haryana’s Jhajjar center, which was under scrutiny after several top rankers emerged from there. Specifically, 287 out of the 494 candidates at this center—approximately 58%—took the re-exam.
