According to reports, the sole transmission available for this engine is a CVT gearbox with paddle shifters offered on higher variants. It will be upgraded for BS6 emissions.
Competition
Since Honda City 2020 is presumed to be launched in India in mid-2020, it will compete with rival mid-range sedans sporting similar builds like the new Hyundai Verna, Skoda Rapid and Maruti Suzuki Ciaz.
