Speaking about Armaan Malik’s second marriage, Payal Malik broke down and revealed, “I didn’t want to accept his second marriage with Kritika."

He was first married to Payal and later married Kritika, who was Payal's best friend. Speaking about Armaan’s second marriage, Payal Malik broke down and revealed, “I didn’t want to accept Armaan’s second marriage initially. I was at the venue and I remember leaving since I didn’t feel good about it. I left the house with my son Chiku and stayed away for almost a year. It was a very bad phase for me, I even had thoughts of self-harm. Later, I decided to be strong and accept the situation and go back. I also thought of my child as otherwise he would have been left without one parent.”
Kritika also went ahead to share her side of the story. “We had a vacation planned initially which got cancelled and then Payal called me to stay at her house. We were already best friends. I stayed in her house for a week and then I bonded with Armaan. He proposed to me for marriage and I couldn’t understand what was happening. I was in love with him and so, we got married.”

That means Armaan Malik has reached the ‘Bigg Boss’ house with both his wives. You are blessed." He further joked, "People here are not able to handle even one and you have brought two, that too to the Bigg Boss house. Kalesh pro max hone wala hai, you wait for a few days.”
Former Bigg Boss contestant Devoleena Bhattacharjee criticised the trio for promoting polygamy on the reality show, calling their actions 'disgusting' and emphasizing that it was not something to joke about. She took to X (formerly Twitter) and wrote a long tweet, "Do you think this is entertainment? This is not entertainment, it's filth. Don't make the mistake of taking this lightly because it's not just a reel, it's real. I mean, I can't even understand how anyone can call this shamelessness entertainment? I feel disgusted just hearing about it. Gross. I mean, in just 6/7 days love happened, marriage happened, and then the same thing with the wife's best friend. This is beyond my imagination."
