Equipped with the internet and an insatiable curiosity, Bagaira proceeded to create the app texts.com, which WordPress acquired for $50 million, or approximately ₹416 crore. Kishan, an Assamese native who attended school in Dibrugarh, first learned how to code online. Kishan began creating Windows applications when he was twelve years old.

With the Texts app, users can view all of their messages from Twitter, Instagram, Whatsapp, Telegram, and other messaging services in a single dashboard. Users can also view messages through the app without alerting the sender. In order to ensure security, the app also has end-to-end encryption. 

His friends gave the prototype positive feedback, and word-of-mouth spread about the app to make it popular. As the app gained popularity, Kishan received numerous requests for the app from industry experts. After three months of negotiations, Automattic acquired texts.com and Matt Mullenweg, the founder of Automattic and WordPress, met Ishan in 2023. The deal was finalised in October. Kishan was dubbed a "generational tech genius" by Mullenweg.
 
Kishan is currently leading the text.com team and is growing the platform with Automattic's support in the United States.
