Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's wedding has been grabbing headlines since their invitation card went viral on social media. While Sonakshi's parents were present during her wedding, her brothers were not seen in any of the videos and pics and it was reported that they skipped the wedding. However, now the actress's brother Kussh has finally broken his silence on the same.

In an interview with News18, Kussh debunked the rumours of a rift with sister Sonakshi Sinha amid her wedding with Zaheer Iqbal and added that ‘this is a sensitive time for the family.' He said, “I have already seen people publishing inaccurate information. It started with an article in a leading portal that had a quote from an unnamed source. I am not sure who’s doing all this right now and where it’s coming from. But a few houses have my images [from the night]."

He further revealed that he was very much a part of Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal's wedding and said, "It’s just that I am a private individual and I am not seen that much but that doesn’t mean that I wasn’t there. I was present and I have only good wishes for my sister and will always wish her well."

Sonakshi Sinha and Zaheer Iqbal tied the knot after 7 years of relationship on June 23 in an intimate ceremony in the presence of her close friends and family. The couple later hosted a grand wedding reception bash which was attended by the couple's industry friends including Salman Khan, Honey Singh, Kajol, Huma Qureshi, Rekha, and others.

Sharing their wedding pics on Instagram, the couple wrote, "On this very day, seven years back (23.06.2017) in each other's eyes, we saw love in its purest form and dedicated to holding on to it. Today that love has guided us through all the challenges and triumphs... leading up to this moment... where with the blessings of both of our families and both of our gods... we are now man and wife. Here's to love, hope, and all things beautiful with each other, from now until forever."
